Our Mission
“Educating and promoting western riding and culture to people of all ages.”
Here at Riata we believe that today’s youth are tomorrow’s future. We have a heart to see young people become strong leaders, develop strong work ethic and realize their passions. This organization fulfills each of those components. The program develops and shapes the character of individuals. It’s common to see shy young girls become confident mentors and leaders. From a business perspective, it solidifies hope and courage to see young people growing individually, finding personal boundaries, and setting goals. This program creates better citizens, encourages passionate dreams, and produces people of great character.

About Riata Ranch
My story begins in the much the same way as every little girl who grew up with a passion for horses. My love and desire to ride at the famed Riata Ranch was more than passion..it was an addiction. I was enamored not only with all the horses, but the young women who became my mentors showing me the ins and outs of ranch life, horsemanship, team work and leadership training. I was very shy and insecure, so this kind of foundation built around horses and a western lifestyle was intoxicating to me.
